Indoor Warm-Up

When it’s very cold outside—or when you’re waiting for your running buddies to arrive—a quick dynamic warmup is in order before your run. This description and video from the February issue of Runner’s World details my “parking lot baby mini” sequence. It’s a three-breath flow that activates your core, glutes, and lower leg and builds heat for your run.
