The weekend of March 22 and 23 will be a big one, starting with the Merge 25K and including the Women’s Running Summit, where I’ll head after the race. Join me in beautiful (seriously!) Morristown, NJ, for this unique conference for coaches and runners of any gender and age, as we explore special topics in women’s running. I’ll be presenting on yoga and on recovery.
