Yoga Class Description
In this short online yoga class for athletes, desk workers, and anyone, we move slowly through a few shoulder and chest stretches. Take a break from your work, grab a yoga strap or a belt, and enjoy moving your upper body in every direction. You’ll feel more expansive, open, and centered for it! This class is taught by Sage Rountree, author of The Athletes Guide to Yoga, endurance coach athlete, and regular contributor to the Active Yogi column on YogaJournal.com.
