In this online yoga class for athletes and everyone, we balance strength and flexibility in the spine and in the hips. Start with a sequence to loosen your back, move to a heat-building standing sequence that gives your wrists a break, enjoy a brief core segment, and finish with a deeply relaxing series of stretches at the wall.
