I’m excited to head back to Chicago for the Running Summit Midwest this July. These well-organized events feature wonderful speakers presenting on interesting topics, and are regularly full of fascinating participants. Whether you are a coach, personal trainer, or simply an interested athlete, you will learn a ton. My sessions are designed to get you out of your seat and into your body—I’ll be presenting on core strength and self-massage. I really hope to see you there!
