Practice with Sage

Your success as an athlete and as a person comes from your strength, your flexibility—figuratively, if not literally—and your ability to focus. Yoga will enhance these skills. The very best way to learn yoga is in person with an experienced teacher who understands your body. Join me for classes at the Carrboro Yoga Company on Mondays, 6:00–7:15 p.m., and at the Durham Yoga Company on Thursdays, noon–1:00 p.m.

Here are some other options if the weekly classes don’t work for you.
