T3: Arrange your workout in 80 degree heat, 100 percent humidity at 7 a.m., so that you wind up at your house at the end of the last interval. Quickly fit the harness to your dog. Smooth, intentional movements—don’t let the dripping sweat make your hands slip. Head out for a five-minute jog and fifteen-minute walk to cool down, ending back at the door so your husband can head off to work.
