I’ll be in New York for a free event hosted at Paragon Sports and sponsored by prAna on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. Join me and we’ll discuss yoga for runners as we go through an hour-long practice. There’ll be all kinds of goodies, and I’m looking forward to meeting you and talking about your training and practice!
Coach and yoga teacher Sage Rountree, author of The Runner’s Guide to Yoga, explains how yoga complements running and enhances your focus and performance. In this class that covers yoga to do before, during, and after your run, you’ll learn concrete tools to gain a more fluid stride, better breathing, and greater mental and physical endurance—all without needing to touch your toes! Wear comfortable clothes and bring your questions.
