Saturday, 2/27, 9:00–11:30 a.m.: Teaching Yoga to Athletes: Explore the basics of teaching yoga to athletes.
Saturday 2/27, 1:00–3:00 p.m.: Yoga for Athletic Recovery: A relaxing, restorative yoga practice for all levels.
Sunday 2/28, 8:30–11:00 a.m.: Building a Playbook: Learn to create a yoga sequence for home or studio practice.
