This easy-to-use sequence library collects all of my go-to sequences in one handy reference. The library contains over 60 instructional and demonstrative videos, as well as shorthand written instructions for each sequence. Mix and match the sequences to plan your class or home practice, or follow my menu suggestions. Each unit has several demonstration videos that cover the what, how, and why of each sequence. Consider these to be recipes for you to try, then tweak to your taste.
