I’ve been teaching yoga to athletes—that is, tight and tired people—since 2003. My classes are great for those new to yoga or in search of a kind, gentle, but challenging approach. I’ve been generating online yoga videos for ten years, and my offerings range from short tips to follow-along series to full-length teacher training courses. Find a Class

In-person classes are suspended for physical distancing, but when we resume you’ll find Yoga for Athletic Balance at Carolina Yoga Company’s Carrboro location on Mondays at 6 p.m. I’ve taught this class since 2004 and am eager for it to resume—when we can be together safely!

Book a Private Lesson

Direct personal study with me will fast-track your practice. In a private lesson, you’ll receive personalized instruction tailored to your interests and needs, you’ll be able to ask questions all along the way, and I will give you a follow-up assessment with detailed practice notes and suggestions for home practice.
