Registration is now open not only for my November weekend on theming yoga classes with Alexandra DeSiato but also for my January programs on yoga for athletes—all at the wonderful Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA.
If you haven’t been to Kripalu, treat yourself. Perhaps you’ll read about it first in Taffy Brodesser-Akner’s Fleishman Is in Trouble, which features a Kripalu receptionist named Sage.
This bingo card (scroll right) includes some of the fun things you’ll enjoy there.

I’ve been so busy leading programs at @kripalucenter that I had an unintentional social media fast. As ever—this is year 11—the participants are wonderful, the staff are warm and helpful, and the food is delicious. Special thanks to this year’s assistant, @tarynburns_yoga, who brought wonderful energy and a new perspective to the students and teachers alike. Scroll right for the Kripalu Bingo card the teachers’ intensive participants collaborated on today. #kripalu #kripalucenter #yogaforathletes #yogateacher #ytt
