Happy new year! I look forward to connecting with you in 2014. Maybe we’ll connect online via my classes for yoga students—athletes and everyone—or my courses for yoga teachers (there’s a new one being built and released very soon).
Or maybe we’ll get to meet in person. I’m leading two programs at Kripalu in January, one for students of any level, and the other for teachers interested in working with athletes.
In February and March, I’ll be traveling to REI stores around the country to show you exactly how yoga will enhance your strength, flexibility, and focus, in sports and in life. These presentations are free (and even come with swag!) thanks to the kind folks at prAna. I’ll be on the West Coast, in the Rockies, and along the eastern seaboard, and my assistant Steve Krojniewski will be in the Midwest, Texas, and Southern California. Steve is a wonderful teacher who works with several collegiate teams at Notre Dame and will be assisting at my Teaching Yoga to Athletes workshop at Kripalu, as well. I’ll also have books to sell and sign, and in select locations there’s a special meet and greet for REI members.
Please sign up soon for these clinics—they are filling already. See you there!
