Yoga for Athletes: Before, During, and After

For athletes of any sport and any level of yoga experience, including none. We’ll practice routines for warmup before a workout; draw on yoga philosophy to improve focus and presence during workouts and competition; and practice routines to do after a workout to improve balance and flexiblity.
