We’ll explore the science of recovery and enjoy a mellow gentle and restorative practice to help you recover quickly from the weekend of workshops or from your next workout or race (or life!). For many athletes, learning to relax is the hardest practice of all—challenge yourself to find comfort with comfort in this session.
