elevate your teaching career with this unique six-month mentorship program
feeling overwhelmed by lesson planning and overcome by self-doubt in the classroom?
It shouldn’t take longer to plan your yoga class than it does to teach it.
Do you want to vanquish insecurity and guide your students with confidence, secure in the knowledge your balanced lesson plan will give everyone what they need?
Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing will elevate your lesson planning, so your students become regulars who rave about your classes and bring their friends.
I’m here to guide you to:
- Plan a class that doesn’t feel like a jumbled playlist of poses
- Teach real humans with different bodies and abilities
- Handle self-doubt when you feel like an imposter
- Stop spending your lunch break frantically Googling “yoga sequences” before teaching tonight

You’re not alone. In a recent survey I took of 350+ yoga teachers, “overwhelmed with sequence planning” was the most common struggle mentioned.
what if you could transform from overwhelmed to effortless in 6 months?
Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing (MMM) will take you from spending hours second-guessing your sequences to having a reliable system that creates confident, flowing classes in under an hour—classes your students will actually remember and request again.
Just like in the culinary world, where chefs master their craft by working through each station in a kitchen, MMM follows a structured yet flexible approach to class planning. You’ll start with done-for-you sequencing templates, refine them with personalized mentorship, and develop your own signature style that keeps students engaged, inspired, and coming back for more.
Here’s the transformation you can expect:
Week 1: You’ll teach your first confident class using our proven templates
Month 1: Planning time drops from hours to under 90 minutes
Month 3: Sequencing feels effortless and intuitive
Month 6: You’ve developed your signature teaching style that keeps students coming back
This isn’t about becoming a different teacher—it’s about becoming the teacher you already are, with the tools and confidence to let that shine through.

this is for you if . . .
Here are the archetypes the program serves:
🧑🍳 the culinary school grad
Fresh out of YTT with your head full of Sanskrit and alignment principles, but when it comes to planning an actual class, you freeze. You know what a warrior pose is, but how do you build a sequence that gets students there safely and leaves them feeling amazing?
🧑🍳 the mad genius
You have brilliant ideas and your students love your creativity, but you’re constantly reinventing the wheel, like Carmy from The Bear. Every class is an experiment, which is exhausting for you and sometimes confusing for your students.
🧑🍳 the fry cook
You’ve been teaching for a while but feel stuck in the same three sequences. You want to expand your repertoire without overwhelming yourself or losing what already works.
🧑🍳 the home cook
You can pull together a decent class when you have time to prepare, but substituting last-minute or adapting for different populations feels impossible. You need systems that work under pressure.
🧑🍳 the aspiring restaurateur
You’re building your teaching career and want to create the kind of consistent, memorable experience that turns first-time students into regulars who bring their friends. You want to refine your approach, gain affirmation and skill development, and potentially open your own studio or lead advanced trainings.
the real cost of sequencing overwhelm
Let’s break this down practically. If you’re spending 3 hours planning each class and teaching 4 classes a week, that’s 12 hours weekly of unpaid labor. At $50/hour, you’re losing $600 in opportunity cost every week—that’s over $31,000 per year you could be earning or enjoying instead of struggling with sequences.
But the financial cost isn’t even the worst part. The real cost is:
- Walking into class feeling unprepared and hoping your “intuitive flow” saves you
- Students who don’t return because your classes feel random or unbalanced
- The imposter syndrome that whispers you’re not qualified to teach
- Missing out on teaching opportunities because you don’t trust your planning abilities
- Burning out before you’ve even really begun
I’ve been there. The first few years of my teaching career, I was so stressed about sequencing that I almost quit. What saved me was developing the systems I’m sharing with you in this mentorship.

“I was a person who had these little notebooks—three or four of them full—and I would print sequences and copy and paste because I have terrible handwriting. It was so time consuming. Now I can put a class together in 30 minutes to an hour.” —Nyisha

“Lightbulb went off. My lesson plans have different parts. Each of those parts is a recipe. All I have to do is check if the 6-4-2 rule is applied and name it. Jeez, feels like somebody has been telling me how to open a door. Push the handle down, check where the hinges are and move the door toward the side of the hinges. After pushing and pulling for a while, wait . . . I have to move the door toward the hinges! . . . This program has helped me refine my class planning and be more confident in adapting my teaching.” —Brigitte
”
“The first sequence of yours that I practiced with my students was the split stance flow. I loved that it was a ‘wrist-free’ sequence that provided repetition with added spices. Students loved it, too. I found it to be appropriate for all levels and the creative transitions kept even the most ‘practiced’ yogis on their toes. . . . The takeaway is that we can combine familiar shapes in a unique sequence to freshen up our classes without disrupting flow or making students confused!” —Amy
