The world needs more diversity in yoga teachers.

Yoga spaces in the West need more diversity. The more students see themselves reflected in their teachers, the more inclusive yoga becomes—and the more people benefit from this transformative practice.

Increasing diversity takes ongoing work and recognition of the inequities in yoga spaces.

I aim to address these imbalances at the root by empowering a broad range of historically oppressed groups to teach yoga with confidence.
