Lies and I are delighted to offer you this course, a streamlined version of what we lead in Two Weeks to Transformation, our flagship at-home guided retreat program.

Everyone needs downtime for reflection and self-care. Not everyone has the budget, or the time, to travel on retreat. So we are bringing the retreat to you!
