Since the spring, Carrboro Yoga has been condensed to one room as we prepare to move out of Carr Mill Mall, where we spent our first 15 years. Happily, that move is coming Monday, September 9!
If you’re reading this after that day, you will find us at South Green, 101 Two Hills Drive (aka 501 South Greensboro Street), unit 150. We have two beautiful rooms and a pristine lobby and set of bathrooms for you. Access is simple—provided you can cope with traffic circles. (Alexandra, who lives a few blocks south of the traffic circle, texted me a few days ago: “There are two types of people in this world: those who understand how to use a roundabout and those who do not.”) And there is tons of pervious (i.e., relatively green) parking.
Alexandra will lead the first class there—Pilates at 4:30 p.m.—and I’ll teach the first yoga class, Yoga for Athletic Balance, there at 6:00 p.m. Please join us, if not on day 1, at some day in the near future. We have a great schedule of classes, series, workshops, and teacher trainings for you.
While all classes and yoga teacher training will run in the new space, we’ll be gradually getting up to speed and putting the finishing touches in place for the next few weeks. Please join us for our grand opening party:
WHEN: Saturday, September 28, 4:30–6:30 p.m.
WHERE: Carrboro Yoga, 101 Two Hills Drive, Unit 150, Carrboro, NC
WHY: We’ll have door prizes, special deals on class passes, and pizza from our neighbor Coronato Pizza. Let’s celebrate!
No need to respond, simply show up.
