We have a fun offering in the works at Durham Yoga—a combo of flow yoga and a fun wine tasting in partnership with Cave Taureau Wines, owned in part by my husband. Anna Cordova will lead an hour-long flow practice (I hope to be there as an assistant, with hands-on work designed to make you feel great in the poses), then we’ll sample some of the natural wines sold at Cave Taureau. What: Sometimes yoga is just as refreshing and relaxing as a glass of wine. Join us for both at Durham Yoga Company’s first Vinyasa and Vino class. Anna Cordova, RYT, will lead us in an hour-long energizing flow, perfect for all levels. Following the class, stick around to sample wine from Durham’s own Cave Taureau Wines and enjoy the company of your fellow yogis!
