What it is
This virtual yoga studio is a version of my studio you can visit anywhere, anytime. There are even retreats to join and a yoga teacher training program!
Whom it’s for
You! I specialize in yoga for athletes, which is really just yoga for tight and tired people.
If you’re a yoga teacher or experienced practitioner, you may not be tight and tired, but you’ll get plenty of fresh ideas that you can practice on your own or share with your students.
Why I made it
I’ve offered follow-along online video classes since 2010, at various sites across the Internet. This new collection represents my most recent thinking about sequencing yoga and mindful movement to help anyone find balance—body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll get to practice the sequences I’ve developed over twenty years of teaching yoga. These appear in many of my books, including the 2024 book The Art of Yoga Sequencing, and 2015’s Everyday Yoga, which is full of sequences I honed teaching yoga to Coach Roy Williams for over a decade.
How classes work
When you sign up for the Movement Library, you’ll also get the Mindfulness Library and the Sequencing Library. Or you can buy the latter two à la carte.
You’ll start with a free seven-day trial, then your $29 Movement Library subscription renews monthly. Consider it a prepayment for the month—no refunds are given, but you can easily cancel anytime.
There are a range of practices, from very short to full 90-plus-minute classes, so you’ll always find something to fit your schedule and your taste.

How retreats work
The retreats are online courses, so you can retreat from home—or anywhere—whenever suits you best. You’ll get daily activities, including a motivating lecture, movement, mindfulness, and journal prompts.
Plus, you’ll get access to the Movement Library and the Mindfulness Library over the course of the retreat, so you can indulge in as much yoga as you like!
How yoga teacher trainings work
I offer yoga teacher trainings in three formats: in person, live online, and online anytime. These include 200-hour trainings, 300-/500-hour trainings, and ongoing continuing education.
I look forward to working with you in the format that suits you best! My goal is to give you everything you need to feel confident, capable, and relaxed in front of the classroom.
