This easy-to-use sequence library collects all of my go-to sequences in one handy reference. The library contains over 60 instructional and demonstrative videos, as well as shorthand written instructions for each sequence. Mix and match the sequences to plan your class or home practice, or follow my menu suggestions. Expand your understanding of sequencing in new and different ways to keep your practice and your teaching fresh.

Each unit has several demonstration videos that cover the what, how, and why of each sequence. Consider these to be recipes for you to try, then tweak to your taste.

Please enjoy the sample unit on warmups, available free below with my compliments. Since warmups are like appetizers, you can use one sequence as a snack or put several together to create a meal that offers many different flavors in small bites.
