Yoga Class Description
In this online yoga class for athletes and anyone, we pay special attention to balancing around the hips. You’ll target your inner thighs and outer hips in standing poses and reclining twists; build focus as you hold frog pose; and find deep release in the front of the hips in a supported bridge. Have a yoga block or a pair of folded blankets or towels handy. (72 mins.)
