This short online yoga practice is appropriate for cyclists—as well as anyone who spends time sitting in a chair each day. Start with a gentle spinal warmup that also targets the front of the hips and chest, releasing tightness. Move into a series of lunges to stretch the hips front and back, inside and outside. Finish with a supported backbend to release the hip flexors further. Have a yoga block or a blanket on hand for this practice.
