Yoga for Cyclists

Each year, I teach a Yoga for Cyclists class for Team LUNA Chix, a fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Fund, at Carrboro Yoga. Join us Saturday, September 21!

Time in the saddle strengthens your legs, but it can also tighten your chest and hips and weaken your back. Join Team LUNA Chix for a special fundraising class: Yoga for Cyclists. In this all-levels class, perfect for cyclists, triathletes, and anyone who spends time in a chair, we’ll investigate core strength, hip flexibility, and poses we can incorporate in our training to complement the work we do on the bike.

Please bring a donation (suggested: $10–$15; any amount is welcome) for the Breast Cancer Fund. The class is filled first-come, first-situated, with no online registration.
